How these are built. Each block is a tenant, sized by their
square footage and coloured by how close their lease is to ending. CoStar's roster says
who is in the building; your own comps supply the rate, the term and the real expiration.
A faded, hatched block is CoStar's word and nothing more — solid means you have
confirmed it yourself. Grey is floor area nobody has told you about. Vacant is space
standing empty; space that is merely being marketed shows on the header instead,
because it usually sits on top of a tenant who is still in it. A lease that has already
expired is history, not occupancy — those tenants drop out of the bar and are listed
underneath it.

Nothing here is verified. Every one of these rows is
CoStar's word, imported unchecked, and a "Time in Building" figure can be years out
of date. Use the control on each row when you have actually established who is there:
Still there stamps it with today's date, Gone takes them off the building,
and Someone else records the new name — which is a lease you do not have a comp
for. A check goes stale after 12 months and comes back
round for another look.
